Frequently asked questions

I would like to become a member so that I qualify for the member rate. How do I do this?

Thank you for your interest in becoming an AMESVI member! You must complete the membership process first and then register for the conference. Go to amesvi.org and click on the "membership page" link. Everything can be done online!

Will I receive a certificate of attendance for coming to the conference?

Yes! All participants will get a certificate of attendance listing the time spent in sessions.

Can I use this conference towards PDPs?

Yes! The time spent in sessions (breaks and lunchtime not included) can be bundled with other PD to get 10 hours total.

How can I extend my learning to accumulate 10 hours to bundle for PDPs?

You can extend your learning in a variety of ways! Your regional rep is available to help plan extended learning opportunities! You can contact them by going to amesvi.org and clicking on the link next to their name.

Will I need a ticket to get into the conference?

No ticket will be issued. Please check in at the registration desk.

Will I get a refund if I can't make it?

Refunds will be issued if notified by email up to 5 days prior to the conference.

Can I get ACVREP credits for this conference?
